Point Co. Ltd. Pracownia Projektowa Spółka z o.o. is an experienced design studio running under command of architect Małgorzata Chrab±szcz.
Our studio's motto is "we make difficult things instantly, and those impossible ones - slightly longer" perfectly shows our involvement when accepting and designing new project. Our studio provides services in the range of whole investment process - from searching out for a location, obtaining decisions on development conditions, preparation of studies and concepts, through preparation of multi-sector construction projects and executive projects, supervision of task realisation, investor's substitution in organisational matters, for example in the range of getting any agreements, approvals and permits, to investor's substitution in conducting investment processes.
Our company, when realising another project does not finish its design works at the building or executive design stage, but it also provides excellent interior designs. Interiors designed by the studio under Małgorzata Chrab±szcz's guidance, are frequently selected for awards, and many of them are recognised by competition boards, for example the Project for the interiors of the Bank Rozwoju Eksportu SA in Wrocław in 63 Podwale Street is an award for the most beautiful interiors of 1996, whereas the Project for the interiors of the group of Fast Food restaurants for American Restaurants Services at the Shopping Center KORONA in Wrocław was honored as the most beautiful interiors of 1999.
Other already realised projects do not differ much from the awarded projects, among others, Interior project of CURTIS PLAZA building in Warsaw for CURTIS DEVELOPMENT - first award in international content; Project of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. headquarters in Wrocław - Rynek 9/11; Project of VB Leasing Polska S.A. headquarters in Wrocław; Building and interior designs of over 60 branches and banking outlets throughout Poland realised for the BRE Bank S.A., Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., ING Bank ¦l±ski S.A., Invest Bank S.A. and Millenium Bank S.A.; Project of Financial Invest Group Sp. z o.o. office building in Wrocław.
The company had also realised numerous projects of buildings under strict monuments conservator's protection or being within a strict zone of conservator's protection. These projects are mainly reconstructions and build-ups of monumental buildings, among others : ART. DECO building - Bank BRE S.A. headquarters in Wrocław, Rynek 9/11; office-shopping building in Wrocław in 11/12 Ruska Street, buildings of Bank BRE branches in Wrocław, Opole, Paczków and Pszczyna, restaurant and cocktail lounge TUTTI-FRUTTI in the Market Square of Wrocław, Gallery of Photography in the cellars of the Town Hall in ¦widnica, project of an office-shopping building in the strict conservator's protection zone in Wrocław in Białoskórnicza Street, functional-spatial analysis of revitalisation of the Browary Dolno¶l±skie PIAST in Wrocław.
In December 2002, POINT Co. Ltd. Pracownia Projektowa Spółka z o.o. - taking care of relations and satisfaction of its clients - received the Quality Certificate PN ISO 9001:2001.
The quality of studies and the final result of realised investment projects are attested to not only honourable mentions and awards but also much more important references obtained from investors. Their assessment is of most significance since when they make use of the company's services again they confirm the quality of studies and realised projects.
